APA Planner Talks (Ep. 2) Open Space and Natural Resources with Russell Galipeau

Join APA’s Central Coast Section for another APA Planner Talks where we dive into the natural resource and open space management with Russell Galipeau.

Russell Galipeau is an Adjunct Professor at California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI) and former National Park Superintendent with the National Park Service with experience in a variety of locations including the Central Coast Section’s Channel Islands National Park. In October 2018, CSUCI awarded Mr. Galipeau the Robert J. Lagomarsino Award for 15 years of service at Channel Islands National Park that included his role in helping establish the CSUCI Santa Rosa Island Research Station (SRIRS) and because of the hundreds of CSUCI students he introduced to the wonder of the Channel Islands.
