ABSTRACT:
Jay Higgins, John Parke, and Dan Klemann will present an update on 2023 California Legislation that includes legislation related to parking reductions, by-right housing in commercial zones, non-discretionary permit streamlining, housing elements, minor adjustments to State Density Bonus Law, further amendments to ADU law, and several others important to highlight. There will be time for a question & answer session at the end of the session.
